Safety Program Audit (SPA)

 

This is a 32-hour seminar recommended by the DOLE (among other requirements) for a person to become a Qualified Safety Officer 3 (SO3).  It is an evaluation system for safety. It provides the means for a systematic analysis of each element of the safety program to determine the extent and quality of management control.
